Little miss cheeky...

This my entry for the Sunday stamper...the theme this week is to make something that makes you happy so i thought i would use the drawing of my cheeky monkey as it always makes me smile :-)

The background was made with paints & inks giving it the dotty effect.

BOX IT: Dates available for the workshop are: Thursday October 18th & Sunday 21st October. 

Time: 10am - 12pm or 2pm - 4pm.

BAG IT: Dates available for the workshop are: Thursday October 25th & Sunday 28th October.

Bring on the cake...

This is my entry for Hels Sheridan Sunday stamper weekly challenge. For this week you need to use a mask or a template technique. So I decided to use my teacup template and for the pattern I simply hole punched a scrap piece of card and applied ink on it. Hope you like my little creation. In the photos above you can see most of the items I used. Why not have a go yourself and join the challenge.

Wheelie Good!

We can now reveal Farrah Brooke Wilkinson's Christening invitations. My gorgeous niece is being Christened in November and we decided the wheel design invitation would be different and fun. To view the information on the invite, you just hold the bottom of the tree trunk and spin the card to reveal all the details. Hope you like them as much as we do, this idea could also be used as a Wedding invitation. Don't forget to comment below for a chance to win the hand-made note lets.

Box it and Bag it Workshop

The 3rd & 4th workshops revealed...The 3rd one is BOX IT, make 2 boxes of different sizes which you can decorate to your own individual taste with papers, string etc. Also make a matching tag for each box.

The 4th one is BAG IT, make 2 bags of different sizes which can be decorated to use for Christmas, Birthdays or any suitable occasion & make a making tag for each bag.

The price is £10.00 for 2 hours which includes all materials & complementary tea & coffee.

Tag it Workshop...

Well we have celebrated our 3 year anniversary today! & what a day it's been...had a busy day in the shop, had a workshop class & i made a sample of what you can make if you attend the Note it workshop.

Had a busy Sunday morning tidying & moving cabinets & racks in the shop. We will be adding the new scarves onto the shop website tonight so you if you don't get chance to pop in & see us...you can still buy online.

Custom Tags...

Wanted to share with you these tags that i made for a customer request...she asked for a variety of tags that she could use for various occasions. I made each 1 different but kept all the colour tones matching.

As you can see we can custom make most things for you, all you need to do is contact us or pop in...for us to custom made tags, cards, invites etc.

So excitement in Hulland Ward tomorrow as Bradley Wiggins will be coming past Little Paper House for The Tour of Britain along with around 100 other cyclists.

So hopefully we will get a pic of him & blog it tomorrow night.

A lot from a little...

How to get a lot from a little stamp...had great fun creating this tag from a small Hero Arts stamp & Jenni Bowlin paints & inks. 

It just goes to show what can be achieved from a small stamp which sometimes get over looked when you buy a set. 

Top Tip: To use no more than 3 colours & try deferent mediums e.g glossy accents & glamour dust.

Why not have a go it's a quick & easy project!
